Like all absorbent products, period underwear has a limit. On heavier days, you may need to change your underwear more frequently or use additional protection, depending on your flow.

Care matters, too. To help your Piper underwear perform at its best, always follow the washing and care instructions. Incorrect washing, fabric softeners, bleach or excessive heat can affect the absorbent layers and reduce their effectiveness over time.
